Stereo & Video Center

Hey Google, do these reviews go to 11? I'm from the Northeast and I bought a truck from a dealership in Tyler, with plans to fly down and drive it back. I asked my sales guy who he recommended for tint and a radio upgrade, and his exact response was, "Stereo & Video Center, and there ain't no second choice." Whoa daddy, that's my kind of referral. I called and was captivated by the deep, soothing voice of (my soon to be new pal and brother from another mother) King Richard! I explained the work I wanted done and I would be there in a week. Rich said, " I got this" and arranged for the truck to be dropped off and made it happen with zero hiccups. Rich was friendly, funny, and very accommodating. He clearly knows car audio equipment and offered various options within my budget. He was a pleasure to work with and we shared a lot of laughs. I showed up to find my tint was perfect and my sound system was bangin'! I may not live anywhere near Tyler, but YOU do, so run, don't walk to Stereo & Video Center and say hello to King Richard, Big Jim, Magic Mike, and, if you're lucky, Big Jim's mom, Miss Carolyn, who is easily the sweetest woman in East Texas. And tell 'em Mr. Wonderful sent

After all these years, I decided to stop by the Stereo & Video Center in Tyler. Was over for a doctor's appt so decided to go look. I told them what I was looking for and they said they could build me a custom box. I have a custom under the seat sub box (2021 Ford F150) with 8" subs from Skar but I wanted something that could handle more power and produce lower frequencies. I wanted a box that would fit on the 60 side of my 60/40 back seats. 3 days later and I'm picking up my box(well, they loaded it into my truck....my back thanks you guys!). I'm happy with the look and so far, satisfied with the design and sound. Still need to tune my Skar SKv2-1500.1D monoblock sub amplifier and of course allow them to break in. Not at all familiar with Definitive but so far so good! The video I posted does sound good with ear buds. Again, this is without tuning or proper break in time. And a big thank you to Richard! Hope I got that right lol. I will be back for a new capacitor and bigger wiring for my amps. Check these guys out. I'm an older bass head from the 80s and 90s and these guys knew what I liked in mysic. They also have a good showroom floor not just for car audio, but

I have been a customer for thirty years. Their service Techs are the best and most knowledgeable in East Texas. Tristan came, evaluated my service problem and fixed it beyond my expectations.

We were so pleased with the outcome and will always use Stereo and Video. We have used Matt since 2023 and always trust his guidance and expertise. He always does an outstanding job and is a great guy.
